Content proposal

One newsletter. Three channels. Every week.

I turn your daily newsletter into LinkedIn, X and YouTube content that sounds like you, so the writing you already do reaches more people.

01 · Scope

Each issue becomes five kinds of content

You already do the hardest part: thinking and writing every day. I pick the strongest ideas from each week's issues and rebuild them for how each platform is read and watched.

Input 1 newsletter issue Your daily email, as published
  • LinkedInPostA long-form post with a strong hook, written for the feed
  • XThread + postsOne thread and a handful of standalone posts
  • YouTubeVideo scriptA structured long-form script with hook, beats and CTA
  • YouTubeShorts scriptA 30 to 60 second vertical script

How we work

  1. OnboardWeek one: a voice call, a look at your best-performing issues and posts, and a short style guide we both sign off.
  2. Weekly batchEvery Monday you get the full week's content in one shared doc, mapped to a posting calendar.
  3. 48-hour reviewYou review within 48 hours. I turn edits around within one business day, then schedule or hand over.
  4. Monthly reportWhat was published, what performed, what we learned, and what changes next month.

02 · Track record

Results from accounts I've written for

6.4Mimpressions on one X thread for your account (December 2024)
10knew X followers in two months for your account, after growth had stalled
11.6MLinkedIn impressions for one client posting a long-form piece daily
$186kcash collected Jan–Mar 2026 by agency clients I wrote for (300 booked calls, 45 closed)

An honest note: these are past results from specific accounts. Reach and revenue depend on the account's audience, the offer behind it, timing and the platforms themselves. I don't guarantee follower counts, impressions or sales. I do commit to the volume, quality and turnaround in this proposal.

05 · In-house content manager

If you'd rather have me on the team

You mentioned you're hiring a content manager. Here is what I'd ask for either way. Both include owning the content calendar, the newsletter repurposing above, and working with your team on launches.

Freelance, embedded

$4,200/mo

About 80 hours a month (around $52.50/hour)

  • Content strategy and calendar across LinkedIn, X and YouTube
  • Writing and editing, plus briefing any other writers
  • Weekly sync and async availability on Slack during agreed hours
  • Monthly reporting; same three-month minimum and 14 days' notice

Full-time employee

$66,000/yr

Remote, location-adjusted. Around $5,500/month before benefits.

  • Full ownership of content operations and performance
  • Builds and manages the content process as the team grows
  • Standard benefits and paid leave, as per your policy
  • Open to a short paid trial before an offer

US salary benchmarks for context

Role (US)Typical base pay
Content manager$65,000–$95,000
Content marketing manager$75,000–$110,000
Writers and authors, median (BLS, May 2023)$72,270

Ranges are approximate, drawn from BLS Occupational Outlook, Glassdoor and Indeed, and vary by city and seniority. My full-time figure sits at or below the lower end because the role is remote and location-adjusted.

06 · Terms & FAQ

The fine print, in plain words

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes, three months. That's long enough to settle your voice, test formats on each platform and see real data in the reports. After that, the retainer rolls month to month.

How do I cancel or change packages?

After the minimum term, give 14 days' written notice to cancel. You can move up or down a package from the next billing month with the same notice.

How many revisions are included?

Two rounds of revisions per piece. Feedback within the 48-hour review window keeps the calendar on schedule. Big changes in direction after approval count as a new piece.

What's included?

Strategy, writing and editing for every deliverable in your package, hooks and headlines, a posting calendar, scheduling help if you share access, and a monthly report.

What's not included?

Video filming or editing, graphic design beyond carousel layout briefs, paid ads, community management outside an engagement sprint, and ad spend or tool subscriptions. I'm happy to recommend people for any of these.

Can you guarantee followers, views or sales?

No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Results depend on your audience, your offer, timing and the platforms. What I guarantee is the agreed volume, on time, to the quality you sign off in onboarding.

How does billing work?

Invoices in USD at the start of each month, or each quarter with prepay (8% off recurring fees). One-time items like the profile makeover are billed with the first invoice. Payment is due within 7 days.

Who owns the content?

You do, in full, once the invoice is paid. I don't share drafts or reveal that I write for you without your permission.
